Greetings peoples,
Today haven't accomplished much went to replace a filtered water facuet on the kitchen sink and the shut off won't shut off, so that project is put on hold until I can get more parts. Tried to put the new knobs and pulls on our newly painted cupboards but the screws I bought turned out to be one size to small. The rest of the day will be spent at church working the sound board (the last time in the old building with the old equipment). Tomorrow is slow to start but then around 12:30 start heading over to church to help teardown said sound equipment and help move the rest of the church to the new building, next week we'll be using the new building yeah! I'll try and post some pictures Sunday night. Hope your weekend is well enjoy the sunshine have a great day.

Getting Started

So I read other people's blogs and decided, hey I can do that so I thought I might just carry my camera around and record the things that I do or see during the day, ya know just in case someone may want to make a made for tv move of the life and times of the unemployed, furiously busy, and pool boy MIICHEAL WILSON (said in your best Sean Connery voice, "I'll take An album covers for $400 Tribex")

So I am now taking pictures of the food I make and here is my first attempt at Zupa Tuscany, I thought it looked pretty, turned out good except for the sausage which was very peppery, but I'll keep trying to I get. Here's the recipe .

This last weekend Grace and I planted some stuff for our garden. Kathy found this idea on the web, were you take plastic milk cartons and cut them in half, throw in some potting soil, plant your seeds and tape them back up and put them outside where they will get lots of sun and abracadabra you have seedlings.Since then we have had no sun and cold and rain/snow so we'll see what happens, Grace has said she will take one bite of every vegetable we grow so here's hoping.Grace washing the milk cartonsOnions!!The finished product so far. Yes those are Christmas lights still up.
